How to use the sticker Request a quote

To use the Request a Quote sticker, you must have a business account on Instagram. If not yet, go to your profile. Tap the menu in the top right, then Settings > Account. Once in the Account section, scroll down to the bottom and click on the option in blue: Switch to a professional account.

If you already have a business account, here's how to use the Quote sticker:

  1. Create a new story,

  2. Click on the Sticker icon at the very top,

  3. Scroll down to find the Request a quote sticker,

  4. Click on the sticker to start setting up your form,

  5. You have two choices: a standard or custom form.

Once the form has been set up, the sticker finally appears on your story!

How to Edit Your Quote Sticker and CTA on Instagram

Once your form has been created, you can modify it at any time, but you will have to go through the Modify the profile option which is... on your profile! Next, you will need to click on Action Buttons, then Get Quote. If you had opted for a standard form at the start, thanks to this section, you can then create a personalized form.

Good to know: you also have the option of changing the CTA that will appear on your Instagram profile. 4 possibilities for the moment: Apply, Find out more, Get a quote, Register.

How to find completed forms on Instagram?

You will receive an Instagram notification (and an email) if prospects complete your form via the Quote sticker or via the CTA of your profile. In the Notifications section, you will then see You have prospects to review. Just click on it to access the information.

Please note: Leads will be available for up to 90 days from the time the form is submitted.
